Yorkshire pudding is a British food. It is an important part of the British Sunday supper, mostly roasted beef side dishes, known for its unique beef flavor. "Roast beef plus Yorkshire pudding" is even called the British national dish. Yorkshire pudding is not the type of pudding we imagine. It is more like a kind of bread. Its texture is similar to soft bread. It has a slightly salty taste. It is in the shape of a coffee cup. Its center is hollow, soft and its periphery is crispy. Because Yorkshire pudding is easy to absorb gravy, it is consumed with roast beef.

Yorkshire pudding production methods:

First, the material. Take four ounces of flour, eggs, half-pint milk and a quarter teaspoon salt.
